We ship worldwide. Whether you're in the United States or international, PlayCentric delivers straight to your door.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• USA: Delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing
• International: Delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on location
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States.
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $10.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
5. Are there customs or extra fees for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are not controlled by PlayCentric and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@PlayCentric.us with photos of the package and product. We’ll review the issue and help you with a resolution.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
